Lamb Chops with Celeriac Chips

For this low carb recipe you will need the following foods

Celeriac – 235g
42 calories, 5 carb, 1 fat, 3 protein

Dijon Mustard – 2.5g

Dried Rosemary – 1/4 tsp
1 calories, 0 carb, 0  fat, 0 protein

Dried Mint – 1/8 tsp
0 calories, 0 carb, 0 fat, 0 protein

Olive Oil – 1tsp
40 calories, 0 carb, 5 fat, 0 protein

Lamb Chops – 300g
400 calories, 0 carb, 17 fat, 59 protein

How to make

1. Preheat your oven to a medium high temperature

2. Start by chopping your celeriac into long thing chip cuts

3. Cook your lamb chops for 15 minutes

4. While your lamb chops are cooking, in a small bowl mix together your olive oil, mint, rosemary and mustard

5. After the 15 minutes are up, remove the lamb chops and flip them over

6. Coat the tops of the chops with the oil and mustard mixture and cook for 10 more minutes

7. While the chops are cooking, deep fry your celeriac till the lamb chops are ready.

8. Plate up all your food and season with salt and pepper

This low carb dinner should take about 25 – 30 minutes to make

I hadn’t had lamb in a while so i decided to buy some lamb chops, I was quite happy with the glaze I made for them too.
The celeriac chips really made the meal tho, they were so tasty!
